FRESHMAN
Started 19 games and played in 27 as a first baseman and hit .309 in 55 at bats with 17 hits, 13 RBIs, six runs, five doubles and five walks. . . Posted a .400 slugging percentage and a .367 on base percentage. . . Had a season high three RBIs and two hits with a run scored vs. Washburn, including a double (2/26/11). . . Also posted two hits vs. Truman State (2/19/11 & 2/20/11).
PREP...
Hit .421 his senior season at Rockhurst High School with a .789 slugging
percentage. . . Went 6-1 as a pitcher his senior year and was earned Honorable Mention All-State as a DH/Utility. . . Hit a home run in the third place game vs. Oakville, which would be the deciding run, as Rockhurst won 4-3. . . Helped the 2010 Rockhurst Hawklets to a third place finish in the state. . . The team had a 23-4 record and finished in the top four in the state for the first time since a second place finish in 2004. . . Was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated with honors.
