2020-21
Did not see action during the regular season in his third year at Drury…named All-Academic GLVC.

2019
Ian made four starts and played in 18 games for the Panthers...Conger had a goal against Missouri S&T and totaled five shots for the season.

2018
Freshman who made 10 starts and played in 15 games, Ian had a goal in the Panthers GLVC victory over William Jewell.  Recorded an assist at Southern Indiana.  Took 14 shots with a season-high three vs. William Jewell...Earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

High School
Scored 57 career goals while at Metamora Township High School in East Peoria...He helped JGSA to a top 10 ranking in Illinois through 2015-18...Netted 25 goals and had 14 assists his senior season in 2017, second most in school history...Selected to the 2014 Illinois ODP team...First team All-Sectional, All-Area and All-Conference...Played in three tours in England, Scotland, and Ireland for Premiership Academy teams (2014-15)...Scored 44 goals within the 2016-18 seasons for his club teams...Helped Metamora Township claim its third regional title be scoring the game winning goal on a free kick...Earned Mid-Illinois Athletic Conference academic award.
