Son of Robin Ali Almendares and Rossy Rojas.

AT DRURY...
SENIOR
Robin was a veteran leader for the Panthers in 2016 and started 18 of the 21 games he played in...Almendares scored the game winning goal for the Panthers vs. Saint Joseph's on September 11...Robin also had an assist in the Panthers 2-1 GLVC road victory at McKendree on October 9...He took 14 shots on the season.

JUNIOR
Played in 15 games and started games vs. Lindenwood and at UMSL. . . Took four shots with two on goal at William Jewell.

SOPHOMORE
Robin played in 13 games and took two shots for the Panthers with those coming vs. Illinois-Springfield on October 19th and vs. William Jewell on October 26th.

PREP/PREVIOUS SCHOOL...
Robin was on the five-time National Champion Deportivo Saprissa team in his native Costa Rica which formed part of the U-17 National Team in 2012.
