Ran her career best time in the 5K at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival hosted by the University of Arkansas with a time of 20:29.2...Also had her best time in her career in the 6K at the NCAA-II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:27.4...competed in five indoor meets...named Academic All-GLVC.

2018-19
Had her top 5K time at the Missouri Southern Stampede of 20:52.2 and a top 6K time of 26:19.78 at the GLVC Championships...Earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

2017-18
CC- Ran in five events as a freshman...had her best 6-k time come at the GLVC championship with a time of 26:33.
Track- Participated in four different events...had a fourth place finish in the 800 meter run at the Central Methodist Early Bird meet with a time of 2:42.00.

HIGH SCHOOL
Earned First team All-Conference in 2016 and was a Second team All-Conference selection in 2015...Helped Nixa to a 2016 conference title in track and field and helped the cross country team qualify for sectionals all four years...Placed thirteenth at the conference meet and was seventeenth in districts in 2016.
