Was named Defensive Player of the Year in 2016 and earned First Team All-Sunflower League honors out of Olathe East HS. . . Abbey earned Second Team All-Sunflower League honors her sophomore and junior seasons. . . Was a KVA All-Star and an Honorable Mention All-State selection . . . Helped Olathe East to state titles in 2014 and 2015 and a top finish at Nationals in 2015 and 2016. . . Olathe East was ranked as high as No. 17 in the nation.
