2019
Welther played in 30 sets and had 43 kills and 47 digs for the 2019 season...Had a season-high nine kills vs. Central Washington and and a career-high nine digs vs. Walsh.
2018
Welther had a career high 12 kills vs. Missouri Southern and racked up 10 kills in matches at McKendree and vs. Maryville...Hit a season-high .438 vs. Maryville and hit .350 at Illinois-Springfield with eight kills on 20 attacks...Posted 101 kills for the season with 30 digs and 18 blocks.
2017
Played in 27 matches for the Panthers and made a start vs. East Central at the Washburn Invitational…recorded 19 kills for the season...had 11 service aces.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played for Pleasant Hill High School where she led the team in kills for three years…earned All-District honors four times, All-Conference and All-Region honors three times, and was a two-time All-State selection…She was selected to play in the MoKan All-Star game…The four year letter winner and two year team captain helped Pleasant Hill to second and third place finishes at state and four conference titles…helped Pleasant Hill go 122-18-6 during her four seasons…She attended the USA volleyball junior national championships for seven consecutive years with a third place finish, three top 15 Open finishes, and two top 20 Open finishes.
