She had 310 assists for the year, second most on the team, with a season best 21 at Maryville on November 13. . . Had 15 double digit assist matches and posted 19 assists vs. Saginaw Valley State on October 16 at the GLVC/GLIAC Crossover and at Illinois-Springfield on November 6 . . . Slade had 23 serving aces with six aces against Saint Joseph's on September 26. . . Had one kill at UMSL on November 14 and had a block assist in the Panthers opener vs. Missouri Southern on September 4.
PREP/PREVIOUS SCHOOL...Is a Wofford University transfer who was a standout for Rose Hill High School in Kansas. . . Also played for Cowley County C.C. where she as a two-time NJCAA All-American and helped Cowley to the NJCAA Division II National Championship in 2014, a runner-up finish in 2012 and a pair of conference championships. . .  Earned First Team All-America honors in 2013 and Second Team All-America honors in 2012 at Cowley and was all-region and all-conference both seasons. . .Was ranked No. 1 in the NJCAA rankings for assists per set during both of her seasons . . . Graduated from Cowley with a 4.0 grade point average . . . Earned Academic All-American and and was a student of the National Science Department in 2013-14. . . Led Rose Hill High School to a league and district championship during her senior season in 2011. . .
