Sara Jane had 144 kills and posted a season high nine kills in matches at Saint Joseph's, at Southwest Baptist and vs. Truman State in the GLVC Tournament...Hit a season best .727 at Saint Joseph's and hit .636 with eight kills at Maryville...Had a season high seven block assists at Southern Indiana and had five block assists in matches at Saint Joseph's and vs. Illinois-Springfield...Added 26 digs with a season high three at Truman State and vs. UMSL...Had eight assists on the season with two at Indianapolis and Truman State.

Sarah Jane was an All-State (MVP)Â in Oklahoma (large school selection), earned All-Metro First team honors in Tulsa and was the Green County MVP (2013, 2014 & 2015) for Booker T. Washington High School. . . Posted numbers of 417 kills, 257 digs and 59 blocks her senior season . . . Bateman earned USAV Oklahoma Regional Tournament MVP honors in 2016 and was named to the Class 5A All-Tournament team. . . Was a team captain for Booker T in 2014 and 2015. . .
