Drury and Truman State played to a scoreless draw in Great Lakes Valley Conference women's soccer action Sunday afternoon at Harrison Stadium in the Curry Sports Complex.
The Panthers (6-2-4 overall, 5-2-3 in the GLVC) withstood a furious surge by league co-leader Truman (8-1-4, 7-0-3) in the second overtime period, including a trio of opportunities by the Bulldogs in the match's final 15 seconds that didn't find the net thanks to some game-saving efforts from DU sophomore keeper
Tina Haberberger, particularly late.
Haberberger finished with two saves as the Panthers outshot the Bulldogs 9-8, including 3-2 in shots on goal.
Drury did extend its unbeaten streak at home to 21 games, with its last loss coming in October, 2013 to Quincy.
The Panthers are back at Harrison/Curry next weekend, playing host to Wisconsin-Parkside at 5 p.m. Friday and Lewis at noon on Sunday in GLVC play.
