INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Indianapolis scored goals at 28:46 and 55:34 to claim a 2-0 GLVC victory over the Drury men's soccer team here on Sunday.
Drury is now 7-7-2 overall and 7-5-2 in the GLVC and Indianapolis is 10-4-2 overall and 9-4-2 in the GLVC.
UINDY scored at the 28:46 mark when Jacob Meyer scored his eighth goal of the season on a re-direct from a cross. The Greyhounds added their final goal at the 55:34 mark when Zak Mitche off a Josh Ling assist.
UNIDY finished with a 13-8 shot advantage and a 10-3 advantage on shots on goal.
David Cross and
Pierre Villez each had two shots for the Panthers.
Drury will play their regular season finale on Tuesday at Missouri S&T with game time set for 7:30 p.m.
