UMSL scored two second half goals, after scoring in the first minute, to claim a 3-1 GLVC victory Friday over Drury at Harrison Stadium/The Curry Sports Complex.
Lauren Lottmann scored in the first minute to give UMSL an early 1-0 lead. Drury countered in the 65
th minute when
Kerri Morris scored her team-leading fifth goal of the season.
Gabbe Millot was credited with the assist.
Lexi Norton netted the game winner for the Tritons in the 69
th minute off a Rose Crabtree assist. USML capped off their offense in the 84
th minute when Emily Mosier scored her second goal of the year.
Drury falls to 6-6-1 and 4-6 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. UMSL improved to 4-6-3 and 3-6-2 in the league.
UMSL had 11 shots with six on goal. Drury goalkeeper
Tina Haberberger had three saves while the Panthers posted 10 shots and had three on goal.
