Missouri S&T's two second half goals downs Drury

ROLLA, Mo. – Missouri S&T scored two second half goals to come from behind for a 2-1 win over Drury on Friday night in Rolla.
 
The Panthers dropped to 5-5 and 4-4 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The Miners improved to 6-4-1 and 5-4 in the league.
 
Drury took a 1-0 lead early as Brody Johnson scored in the seventh minute. The goal was the second of the season for the freshman from Kickapoo High School. Charles Guelly was credited with the assist.
 
Missouri S&T tied the game in the 64th minute on a goal from Trey Haman and five minutes later took the lead as Tyler Sivadon put home his first goal of the season.
 
The Miners took 19 shots with nine on goal while Drury had 17 shots and seven goal.
 
Drury continues their road trip on Sunday when they play at Maryville. Game time is 2:30 p.m. in St. Louis.
