Panthers return home to face Truman State
The Drury women's soccer team is back home on Friday to play Truman State at the Lake Country Soccer Complex in Springfield. Kickoff is 5 p.m.
 
The Panthers are 3-3-1 and 1-3 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. They have lost three straight after starting the season 3-0-1. Drury lost two games on the road last weekend, a 3-0 defeat at Illinois Springfield on Friday and a 2-1 loss to 20^th ranked Quincy on Sunday.
 
Truman State is 2-2-2 and 2-1-1 in the GLVC. The Bulldogs are coming off of a 4-0 win over Rockhurst on Sunday at home. Truman State's Allison Lockett is the reigning GLVC Offensive Player of the Week. The senior had two goals and an assist in her team's Sunday win over Rockhurst.
 
The Bulldogs lead the all-time series against Drury 8-1-3. Truman State won last year's game 2-1 on Sept. 23 in Kirksville. The Panthers lone win over the Bulldogs came in 2007 in a 2-1 victory at Truman State.
 
Drury is home again on Sunday when they face William Jewell at noon at Harrison Stadium / Curry Sports Complex.
