SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The 18^th ranked Drury Panthers could not break through Northwood's defense as the Timberwolves scored a second half goal on their way to a 1-0 win on Sunday at Harrison Stadium / Curry Sports Complex. 
 
After a scoreless first half, the Timberwolves picked up the game's lone goal as Lucas Sammut chased down a long pass from Austin Hobbs and found the net in the 58^th minute. Drury put up three shots in the final 20 minutes but could not draw even. Northwood ended the game with the advantage in shots 10-9.
 
The Panthers are home again on Friday as they host Wisconsin-Parkside in the Great Lakes Valley Conference opener. Game time is 7:30 p.m. at Harrison Stadium.
