INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– Indianapolis netted a first half goal in the 29
th minute by Kaylee Zimbelmann to claim a 1-0 win over Drury on Friday at Key Stadium.
UINDY improved to 7-7-2 and 4-5-2 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The Panthers fell to 0-14-1 and 0-11 in the league.
Five of UINDY's seven shots in the first half came on goal and the Greyhounds outshot the Panthers 13-1 for the contest. Stephanie Burdsall had a team-high three shots on goal for UINDY.
Drury is in action again on Sunday when they travel to Bellarmine for a 11 a.m. (Central) against the Knights.
