KANSAS CITY, Mo.—Drury's offense posted double-digit scores in both halves of their doubleheader at Rockhurst picking up a 14-4 win in eight innings in game one and a 12-6 victory in game two in Kansas City, Missouri on Wednesday.
Drury raised their record to 12-11 and 5-3 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference while Rockhurst dropped to 4-15 and 1-7 in the league.
Drury scored 14 runs for the second straight game in their 14-4 win in eight innings over Rockhurst in game one. The Panthers were coming off of a 14-2 win over Quincy on Sunday.
Drury fell behind 2-1 after the first inning but put up five runs in the second to go ahead 6-2 and never trailed again.
Aaron Mann drove in three of those runs with his fourth home run of the year during that inning, and Drury tacked on another pair of runs a frame later to take a commanding 8-2 lead.

Ryan Kayhill went 3 for 5 for Drury while second baseman
Jackson Dierenfeldt went 2 for 4 with a double and four RBI's.
Collin Fraley (2-1), a junior from Ozark, got the win going six innings allowing seven hits, four runs, and two earned runs, with no walks and two strikeouts.
The Panthers jumped on Rockhurst pitching early in game two scoring nine of their 12 runs in the first three innings. Drury scored four in the opening frame, two in the second, then three more in the third.
Kayhill went 2 for 4 with a run and two RBI's, while Dierenfieldt also went 2 for 4 and scored twice.
Clayton Engel was 3 for 5 with a double and three runs scored while
Kaden Helsel scored three times and drove in three runs while belting his first home run of the year.
Colby Childs (1-1) picked up the win going four innings in relief for the Panthers.
Drury returns home for a three-game GLVC series against Indianapolis. With the threat of rain on Sunday, the series has moved up to a Friday doubleheader following by a single game on Saturday. Friday's game starts at 2 pm at US Baseball Park in Ozark.
