SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– Drury got a first-half goal from
Audrey Camargo and hung on for a 1-0 win over Lewis at Harrison Stadium in Springfield on Saturday.
The Panthers raised their record to 4-5-2, and the Flyers dropped to 3-6-2.
In the 19
th minute, a corner kick helped set up the game's lone goal.
Keeley Combs sent a ball through traffic, and freshman
Audrey Camargo knocked it into the net for her first goal of the season.
Kaitlin Knetzke kept Lewis off of the board with a pair of saves as the Panthers recorded their fourth shutout of the year.
Drury returns to action on Friday when they go on the road to play Illinois Springfield at 5 pm.
