SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– The Drury University wrestling team is nationally ranked for the first time this season as they debuted as number 24 in the latest NCAA-II coaches' poll.
The Panthers have three individual wrestlers nationally ranked. Freshman
Brandon Borlinghaus is ranked 12
th nationally at 133 pounds.
Peter Kuster, a junior from Jefferson City, is ranked eighth at 141 pounds, and freshman
Will Kuster is tenth in the 165-pound weight class.
Central Oklahoma is ranked number one in this week's poll, with St. Cloud State ranked second, and Nebraska-Kearney is third.
Three other teams from the Great Lakes Valley Conference are ranked in the top 25, with McKendree ranked fifth, Indianapolis is seventh, and Lindenwood is 17
th.
The Panthers are home on Sunday when they host number seven Indianapolis in a dual at 1 pm in the O'Reilly Family Event Center.
