SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– Drury and Rockhurst battled to a scoreless draw at the Lake Country Soccer Complex on Friday.
The Panthers went to 10-2-2 and 7-1-2 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The point Drury earned in the standings moved them into a first-place tie with Maryville, a team they defeated in St. Louis on Sept. 22. Rockhurst moved their record to 6-5-4 and 4-4-3 in the GLVC.
Drury had a 13-11 advantage in shots and put five shots on net while the Hawks had three shots on goal. Rockhurst goalie Taylor James had five saves, while
Kaitlin Knetzke had three saves and earned her 10
th shutout of the season.

Kourtney Tucker and
Tara Simon led the Panthers with three shots each while Anna Lantz had four for the Hawks.
Rockhurst had the best threat of the second half as Cameron Murphy fired a shot that Knetzke made a lunging save on to keep the score deadlocked.
The tie was Drury's first of the year in a home game and put their record at 5-0-1 on home turf.
The Panthers play their final regular season home game and will celebrate Senior Day on Sunday when they host William Jewell at noon at Harrison Stadium / Curry Sports Complex.
