SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— 14 of Drury's 18 teams that compete in the Great Lakes Valley Conference were honored with a Team Academic All-GLVC Award by the league on Monday. The GLVC recognizes each team from member institutions that maintained a 3.30-grade point average for the academic year.
                                                                                                                       
The Drury volleyball team had the institution's highest GPA among its sports in the GLVC, with a 3.63 team grade point average. The Drury men's tennis team produced the highest GPA among DU's men's programs, with a 3.57 grade point average.
 
The Drury baseball team and the men's track & field squad both had the league's highest GPA for their respective sport. Drury's baseball team produced a 3.49 GPA, while the DU men's track & field team had a 3.42 GPA.
 
A total of 161 teams from the league's 13 institutions and six affiliate members were named Academic All-GLVC Award winners for 2022-23.
