SPRINGFIELD, Mo – Drury Men's Lacrosse head coach Dustin Rich has announced the addition of Ken Geiger to the staff as an assistant coach.
Geiger spent last season as the offensive coordinator for the Missouri Valley College Men's Lacrosse program in Marshall, Mo. Geiger also worked with goalies and the face-off unit.
As a player, Geiger played at Ottawa University (KS) and Columbia College (MO) as a midfielder and face-off specialist.
"I am very excited to continue my collegiate coaching career Coach Rich at Drury University," said Geiger. "I hope to bring a new perspective to the program and support Coach Rich in building a winning program at Drury."
"I'm really excited to have Kenny on staff," said Coach Rich. "He's going to allow us to hone in more on the areas of the game we as coaches need to coach, and I think he's ready to get to work and help us build. He's going to do great."
Geiger graduated from Cary Grove High School in Trout Valley, Illinois where he totaled an 85% win percentage as a face-off specialist.
Geiger will begin at Drury on July 5, and will be on the recruiting trail shortly thereafter.
