ROMEOVILLE, Ill.– Drury opened their Great Lakes Valley Conference schedule on the road at 20
th ranked Lewis on Friday and the Flyers came away with a 3-0 win.
Lewis, who has never lost to the Panthers on their home floor, opened the match with a 25-16 win in the first set, then took the second 25-21 and the third 25-22.

Juliana Squire continued to be a bright spot for Drury as the Fort Worth, Texas, native led the Panthers with 12 kills, 14 digs and she added a service ace. Squire is averaging 3.14 kills per set this year through 11 matches.
Lauren Tyler added 23 assists.
Lewis' Megan Schlechte led both squads with 17 kills, while Bella Ray had 12. Lauren Stenman contributed 38 assists.
The Flyers improved to 9-4 and 1-0 in the GLVC, while Drury went to 1-10 and an 0-1 start to league play.
The Panthers continue their road trip on Saturday as they take on Indianapolis at 2 p.m. (Central).
