TOPEKA, Kan.— Drury competed in their fourth indoor track & field meet of the season and had three athletes place in the top 10 while
Cole Sutton posted a NCAA-II provisional qualifying time in the 800 meter run at Pittsburg State.
Zoe Van Dijk finished seventh among 45 runners in the 3000 meter run and posted a time of 10:20.05. The time was a personal best for the senior from The Netherlands, and it ranks as the seventh-fastest in team history.
Ashley Sexton finished third in a field of 24 runners in the 5000 meter run. The freshman from Fayetteville, Arkansas, ran a time of 18:17.40, the sixth fastest mark in program history.
Tyler Harris finished 10
th out of 50 competitors in the men's 3000 meter run. The Springfield-Kickapoo product finished at 8:30.19, and the freshman posted the second-best mark ever at Drury.

Cole Sutton competed at Pittsburg State in the 800 meter run and just missed setting his own program record as well. The junior from O'Fallon, Missouri, completed the run in 1:52.42 to finish seventh in a field of 75. Last week, he set a program record with a time of 1:52.25. Drury's
Nolan Moeller came in 13
th and his time of 1:53.25.
Both the men's and women's indoor track & field teams will compete again next Friday in the Arkansas Qualifier in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
