ST. LOUIS, Mo.— Drury tied for ninth place in a 16-team field after two rounds at the UMSL Spring Invitational, hosted by Missouri-St. Louis at the par-71, 5800-yard Norwood Hills Country Club in St. Louis, Missouri on Monday. The Panthers ended the tournament at +89 after shooting a +29, 313 in Monday's third and final round to close with a total score of 941. Drury finished nine shots behind eighth-place Illinois Springfield and ended 12 shots in front of Maryville for 10^th.
 
Fifth-ranked Indianapolis won the tournament at 19-over-par and won the event by five shots over Findley, currently ranked third in NCAA-II. Grand Valley State came in third at 53-over-par.
 
Isabelle Thrall led the Panthers and finished tied for 17^th in a field of 89 players and ended the tournament with a +15, 288. Thrall, a junior from Wentzville, Missouri, shot a 77 (+6) on Monday after posting a 77 in her first round and a 74 in her second 18 holes on Sunday.
 
Tayrn Overstreet and Reagan Martin tied for 30^th as both finished 19-over-par. Overstreet had Drury's best round on Monday, shooting a two-over-par, 73. Grace Stafford ended the event at 36-over-par and tied for 64^th. Jacie Pattengill finished 80^th at 50-over-par.
 
Mary Kelly Mulcahy from Findley won medalist honors, finishing with a three-under-par 210.
 
Drury returns to the course for the Great Lakes Valley Conference championship tournament April 26-28 at the Oakwood Country Club in Oakwood, Illinois.
