INDIANAPOLIS — Drury senior Maria Fe Munoz has been named the Athletic Solutions Great Lakes Valley Conference Athlete of the Week in women's swimming and diving for her performance last weekend at the SMU Classic.
 
Munoz, a senior from Cajamarca, Peru, posted three top five finishes for the Panthers over the weekend in Dallas. Her top performance came in the 400 IM, in which she clocked a time of 4:22.25 to finish third. Munoz also added fifth-place efforts in the 100 fly (55.37) and 200 fly (2:01.53) to help DU to a four-place team finish.

The Panthers return to action Nov. 7-8, when they host the Drury Invitational at Breech Pool.
