INDIANAPOLIS – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced its cross country Athletic Solutions Player of the Week. Drury's 
Tyler Harris earned GLVC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for his performance at the Chile Pepper Festival.
 
A junior from Springfield, Mo., Harris was the frontrunner for Drury at the Chile Pepper Festival held in Fayetteville, Ark. Harris placed 21
st overall at the event with a time of 24:36, finishing 6
th amongst Division II athletes. The Panthers placed 15
th out of 30 teams in a competition that showcased many top Division I and II programs.
 
The weekly honor is the second in Harris' career, and he is still the first Drury runner to win the award since Collin Emmert won it in 2022.
 
The cross country programs will compete in the GLVC Championship on Oct. 25.
