ST. LOUIS, Mo.— Drury finished fourth in an 18-team field at the UMSL Spring Invitational, hosted by Missouri-St. Louis at the Norwood Hills Country Club in St. Louis, Missouri, on Monday.
 
The Panthers shot a three-round score of 67-over par and finished two ahead of Ferris State and were seven strokes behind Tiffin for third.
 
20^th ranked Missouri-St. Louis won the tournament and outdistanced the field by 29 shots. The Tritons shot 17-over par to finish ahead of second place Indianapolis, who posted a score of 46-over par.
 
Isabelle Thrall led Drury and finished tied for eighth overall in a field of 96 players with a +11. Thrall was six-over par in Monday's third and final round.
 
Taryn Overstreet tied for 10^th and shot 13-over par, while Elizabeth Adkisson was 23-over to finish tied for 33^rd. Jade Carter had Drury's best round on Monday, shooting five-over, and tied with Adkission in 33^rd with a 23-over par final score.  Avery Chappell finished 65^th at 32-over par.
 
Lisa Marie Schumacher from Tiffin won medalist honors, finishing with a one-under par score. Schumacher won the event by two strokes over Wilma Zanderau from UMSL.
 
Drury plays again in the Great Lakes Valley Conference championship, April 25-27, in Coal Valley, Illinois.
