AURORA, Ill. – The Drury volleyball Panthers earned a Saturday 3-0 sweep over Cedarville to conclude play at the Mizuno GLIAC/GLVC Crossover.
Drury is now 14-7 on the season and Cedarville drops to 11-11.
Drury took the match by winning scores of 25-18, 25-20 and 25-18.
Brooke Antenen led the Panthers in kills for the third straight match with 11 kills and had 17 assists and six block assists while hitting .409.
Emmalee Chrest had nine kills and just one error on 21 attacks for a .381 clip.
Bentley Mara hit a team high .778 with seven kills and no errors on nine attacks while
Laynie Timmons hit .583 with seven kills.
McKenna Poynter had a team-high 11 digs.
DU hit over .300 for the match with a .308 match percentage and opened with a .351 mark in the first set and followed that up with a .316 clip in the second set. Abby Shelton had a team-best 15 kills for Cedarville.
Up next for the DU Volleyball Panthers will be a non-conference contest on Tuesday at O'Reilly Family Event Center vs. Southwest Baptist set for 7 p.m.
