SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— 
Paul Porcher earned a 6-4, 7-6 victory at No. 4 singles to give the 19th ranked Drury men's tennis team a 4-3 victory over Southeastern Oklahoma State on Sunday at Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield.
 
Southeast came out tough and posted wins of 6-4 and 6-3 at the top two doubles places in the lineup for the first match point. 
Matches at singles 2 through 4 were all 6-4, 7-6 scores with Sylvain Michaud and Porcher winning two of those three for the Panthers.  The Panthers posted wins in four of the six singles matches to propel themselves to a 4-3 edging over Southeastern Oklahoma State.
The Panthers remains undefeated at 8-0 while SE Oklahoma State slipped to 8-3.
Drury returns to the court on Friday, March 6, when they will host Southern Indiana at the Cooper Tennis Complex with first serve set for 7 p.m.
