INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.— For the second straight postseason contest, Drury's match came down to a seventh and deciding point. This time 21^st ranked Southwest Baptist would get the match's final point to defeat the Panthers 4-3 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference semifinals on Saturday in Indianapolis, Indiana.
 
Drury fell to 10-6 with the loss, while the Bearcats advance to the championship round on Sunday with a 17-8 record.
 
With the match tied 3-3, Alvaro Nunez would win the number four singles match over Drury's Louka Queguiner 6-4, 7-6 (7-5) for the match's deciding point.
 
Southwest Baptist grabbed a 1-0 lead winning two doubles matches, but the Panthers won singles matches with their top three players. Sylvain Garin-Michaud, ranked fifth nationally, defeated 23^rd ranked Markary Adamek 2-6, 6-2, 6-1. Freshman Yaroslav Sharry, number 40 nationally in men's singles, won in two sets over 48^th ranked Youssef Nabil 6-4, 7-5. Marlon Wiken gave the Panthers their third point with a 5-7, 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) win over Marcio Silva.
 
The Bearcats will play Indianapolis on Sunday in the GLVC Championship.
