QUINCY, Ill.— The Drury Panthers completed an unbeaten run in the Great Lakes Valley Conference West Division with a 6-1 win at Quincy on Saturday in Quincy, Illinois.
 
Drury, ranked 21^st in NCAA-II, ended the regular season 14-3 and 4-0 in the GLVC West. Quincy dropped to 4-13 and 1-3 in the league.
 
The Panthers won two of the three doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead. Drury needed a win from Mark Drozdetzkii and Yaroslav Sharyy, 6-3 in the number two doubles match, to clinch the point.
 
Drury then won five of the six singles matches and took spots two through six. Marlon Wilken, ranked 73^rd in Division II, went to 12-1 on the season with a 6-2, 6-1 win over Joseph Restrepo. Matthieu Gachon and Mark Drozdetskii both won rallied after losing the first set to win in a tie-breakers. Yaroslav Sharyy, playing in Drury's number one singles post, lost for the first time this spring, 3-6, 7-6, 1-0, to Inigo Villacampa.
 
Drury will advance to the GLVC Tournament as the number on seed in the West Division and will play the fourth place seed in the East Division in the quarterfinal round next Friday. The GLVC Tournament runs May 2-4 at the Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield.
