SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— Drury improved to 7-2 with a 4-3 win over Northwest Missouri State on Saturday at the Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield.
 
The Panthers won their fourth in a row and handed the Bearcats their first loss as Northwest Missouri State dropped to 3-1.
 
Highlights

• Drury took a 1-0 lead after the doubles round. Yaroslav Sharyy and Lukas Rieber stayed unbeaten and went to 8-0 while Mark Drozdetskii and Oscar Reis clinched the point with a 6-4 win voer Rafal Bednarczuk/Vini Rodrigues
• The Panthers had a 3-0 lead after singles wins by Sharyy and Matthieu Gachon
• Oscar Reis, playing in the number six match, clinched the win for Drury with a 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 win over Niccolo Chiriatti
