SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) announced their 2025 NCAA-II Scholar All-Americans on April 7. Seven Drury wrestlers made the team.
To make the team you must meet one of three criteria, be an All-American at the national championships and have a 3.0 GPA, be a qualifier for the national championships and have a 3.25 GPA, or have a 3.5 GPA and compete in four or more events.
Senior,
Jackson Caswell made the team for the second time in his career. Jackson wrestled this season at 141 and is majoring in Architecture.
Jeremiah Halter earned the honor for the second time. The sophomore was a national qualifier for the first time in his career at 174. He is majoring in Management and Marketing.
Kyshin Isringhausen was named to the team for the first time in his career. The Redshirt Freshman was an all-Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) selection at 133. He is majoring in Management and Marketing.
Sophomore,
Tai Koyama was listed for the first time. The 184 wrestler is majoring in Strategic Communication.
Will Kuster was on the team for the fourth time. Will wrestled at 165 this season for Drury. He was a first-team all-GLVC selection. He is majoring in Cyber-Risk Management.
Redshirt Freshman,
Tristan Staat earned the honor for the first time. Tristan wrestled at 184 for Drury this season. He is majoring in Finance.
Nate Wishne was on the team for the first time. The Sophomore wrestled this season at 141. Nate is majoring in Cyber-Risk Management.
As a team, Drury finished with the 13th best GPA in NCAA-II with a 3.375. Wisconsin-Parkside had the highest team GPA with a 3.568. The team GPAs are based on the ten starters that a team put out in a super regional.
