QUINCY, Ill. – Drury tennis swept Quincy to stay undefeated in GLVC play on Saturday (April 11) afternoon.
MEN'S MATCH – Drury 4, Quincy 2
- Quincy won the doubles point, taking an early 1-0 lead.
- Tristan Stock won his eighth straight singles match in straight sets.
- Marco Romano and Oscar Reis each also won in two sets.
- Chuy Gonzalez won the top line in three sets after dropping the second set.
- The other Hawk point came on the second line in two sets.
- Drury starts the GLVC campaign 1-0.
WOMEN'S MATCH – Drury 4, Quincy 0
- Drury swept the doubles points for the second consecutive match to take a 1-0 lead.
- Leana Chanove and Naz Yaver won in two sets.
- Antanina Novik clinched the match with a three-set win after dropping the first set.
- Drury starts the GLVC season 2-0.
