EAST PEORIA, Ill. – The Drury volleyball Panthers fell 3-0 to Lewis in the quarterfinal round of the GLVC Tournament at the EastSide Centre on Friday.

Drury finishes the season with a 21-11 record, the second best record in the program's history since the 2010 Panthers went 22-13. Lewis improves to 28-4 on the season.

The Flyers earned the win by scores of 25-16, 25-19 and 25-22. 

BJ Specht had a team-high eight kills and Brooke Antenen added seven kills.  McKenna Poynter led DU with 20 digs.  The Flyers were paced by Elizabeth Hyland with 14 kills and a .600 hitting percentage and Maddie Seliga with 10 kills and a .308 hitting clip.  The Flyers outhit the Panthers .321 to .065 for the match.

Lewis was the #2 seed from the East and Drury was the #3 seed from the West Division.
