SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— The Drury Panther women's tennis team defeated Nebraska-Kearney 6-1 on Sunday at Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield.
Drury swept the Lopers in doubles play by scores of 6-3 at top spot and posted 7-5 victories at both 2 and 3 positions.
Singles play was another great DU outing with the Panthers winning five of their six matches including a three set win by
Yu-Ning Lee 6-1, 3-6, 6-4 at the top of the lineup.
The Panthers improved to 4-0 while Missouri Valley fell to 2-2.
Drury returns to the court on Friday, Feb. 21, against Oklahoma Baptist at the Cooper Tennis Complex.
