SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— The Drury women's tennis team posted their third straight 7-0 victory, coming Sunday over Southeastern Oklahoma State at Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield.
The Panthers took doubles wins of 6-2 and 6-1 at the bottom two spots in the lineup to earn the doubles match point.
In singles action, Drury swept the Savage Storm and earned three set wins by
Yu-Ning Lee (4-6, 6-0, 6-1) and
Viktoriya Zheleva won 4-6, 7-6, 10-6 at the top two spots in the Panther lineup.
The Panthers improved to 7-1 while SE Oklahoma State drops to 4-8.
Drury returns to the court on Friday, March 6, when they will host Southern Indiana at the Cooper Tennis Complex with first serve set for 7 p.m.
