SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— Four members of the Drury women's bowling team were named to the All-Academic Team by the National Tenpin Coaches Association.
Anna Bartz, a sophomore from Jennison, Michigan;
Isabelle Brekke, a sophomore from Rockford, Michigan;
Sydney Horton, a senior from Kansas City, Missouri; and
Ashleigh Thilman, a sophomore from Collinsville, Illinois, all earned academic honors for their work in the classroom during the 2021-22 season.
A student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher for the academic school year to qualify for this award.
Bartz, Brekke, Horton, and Thilman also won academic honors earlier this summer from the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
Drury completed their sixth year of women's bowling intercollegiate competition at the NCAA level in 2021-22.
