SPRINGFIELD, Mo.— The Drury Panthers won the Great Lakes Valley Conference's West Division title on Saturday with a 7-0 win over Southwest Baptist on Saturday at the Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield.
 
Drury ends the regular season with a 13-4 record and a 5-0 mark in the GLVC. The Bearcats fell to 13-9 and 4-1 in the league.
 
The two teams faced off on Saturday with unbeaten league records and Drury picked up their eighth shutout win of the season.
 
The Panthers took a 1-0 lead after winning all three doubles matches. Drury's doubles team of Ewa Samberger and Kseniia Eremina knocked off Ghada Diringer and Elsa Pascual, a team ranked 36^th nationally, 6-4. Maria Fernanda de la Torre Ugarte Espejo and Clara Kuehnle battled past Paula Ballesteros and Lola Cincunegui 7-6 (7-5). The Panthers ended the regular season, having won 14 of 15 doubles matches in the GLVC.
 
Drury then swept all six singles matches. The number one match-up featured two ranked players as Nastasia Jedrychowski, ranked 38^th, got past 48^th ranked Paula Ballesteros, 6-4, 6-4. Clara Kuehnle, Drury's number two player, fought past Elsa Pascual 6-3, 7-5. Kuehnle's win was her 10^th straight and she finished the regular season 15-2. 
 
The Panthers got wins from Ewa Samberger, Alma Abazi, Leana Chanove, and Kseniia Eremina were all victories.
 
Drury went 29-1 in singles within the GLVC-West.
 
The Panthers will advance to the GLVC Tournament as the number one seed from the West Division. The conference tournament starts on April 21 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
