WARRENSBURG, Mo.— The Drury men's and women's track & field teams returned to action at the Mule Relays, hosted by Central Missouri in Warrensburg on Friday night.
Drury Highlights
- Lauren Coleman had Drury's best finish at the event as the freshman from Mustang, Oklahoma, came in fourth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.77
- Alya Diable was 11th in the 400 meter hurdles and her time of 1:08.38 was the fourth-fastest time in Drury history
- Josie Diffendaffer was 13th among 48 runners in the 800 meter run. Her time, 2:22.52, ranks sixth in program history. Georgi Carolus was 18th in the same event (2:23.55), with her time ranking seventh in the team record books
- Jasmyn Douglas came in 17th in a field of 46 in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:57.74
- Mason St. Clair was 12th in the triple jump (13.14 meters) and Ethan Barr was 16th (12.89 meters)
- Men's distance runner Tanner Clippard was 17th in the 3000 meter steeplechase and his time of 10:09.92 ranks eighth best all-time at Drury

Drury will split their teams to compete in two events next week as some will head to the Bryan Clay Invitational, hosted by Azusa Pacific in Azusa, California, April 16-18, while others will compete at the Pitt State Tune-Up in Pittsburg, Kansas, on April 19.
