INDIANAPOLIS – The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) announced its men's wrestling All-GLVC selections Thursday, with Drury's Nate Wishne and Hunter Tennison earning second-team honors.
Wishne, a redshirt junior from Lee's Summit, Missouri, posted a 17-11 record this season competing at 141 pounds. He leads the team with seven major decisions, adding one fall and six decisions. Wishne secured a 4-2 decision over Quincy at the GLVC Championship and recorded four additional conference dual wins this season.
Tennison, a redshirt junior from Ozark, Missouri, owns an 11-8 record in the heavyweight division. He totaled three falls, one technical fall, two major decisions, and one decision. Tennison earned a 16-1 technical fall over Quincy at the GLVC Championship and added two more wins in conference duals this season.
The Panthers continue the postseason in the NCAA-II Super Region IV Championship, hosted by top-ranked Central Oklahoma, on Sunday, March 1.
