SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Drury women's tennis team will play the top ranked team in NCAA-II on Tuesday as they face Barry (Fla.) in the third round of the national championship tournament in Surprise, Arizona. The match begins at 2 p.m. (central) at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex.
 
The Panthers are 19-1 and ranked 12^th in the latest national poll. Drury advanced to the third round with a 5-1 win over Indianapolis on April 29 in the Midwest Regional.
 
Barry is 24-0 and advanced out of the South Regional with a 5-1 win over eighth-ranked Saint Leo. The Buccaneers won the national championship last year and faced Drury in the same round on their way to the title defeating the Panthers 5-0.
 
The winner of Tuesday's match will advance to the national quarterfinals on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and face the winner of ninth-ranked Academy of Art and Concordia (NY).
 
The semifinals are scheduled for Thursday, and the championship is on Friday.
 
The Panthers are playing in their 17^th consecutive national tournament and are in the round-of-16 for the third straight season.
