DU women's tennis ends the year ranked 25th in NCAA-II

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.– The Drury women's tennis team ended the year ranked 25th in the final ITA/NCAA-II rankings. The Panthers went 15-5 and advanced to the second round of the NCAA-II tournament.
 
Barry, this year's national champion, is ranked first the poll while Lynn is ranked second and Columbus State is third. One other team from the Great Lakes Valley Conference is in the final top 25 as the University of Indianapolis is ranked fourth.
 
In addition to their 15-5 overall record, the Panthers won the GLVC West Division title going 6-0 during the league's regular season. Drury was in the NCAA-II tournament for the 18th consecutive year and advanced beyond the opening round for the fifth season in a row.
