Brandon Lockhart was the point guard for Drury's 2013 NCAA-II National Championship team and was a two-time All-GLVC selection and an All-Midwest Region pick in 2013. He set a program record for career steals with 267, and left the team ranked fourth all-time in assists with 547. He scored 1,255 career points for Drury, 22nd all-time, and his 137 points scored in the postseason of 2013 are still the second-most ever by a Panther.

In his senior year, Lockhart ranked eighth in all of Division II in steals averaging 2.9, and he was ninth in assists per game, averaging 6.1. He came through for the Panthers in the national semifinals scoring a season-high 24 points against Western Washington while putting up eight assists, six rebounds, and five steals.

Following his time at Drury, the St. Louis native played professionally in Europe for five years and averaged 28.4 points in Germany during his second season as a pro.

Lockhart had his number 21 jersey retired by the program in 2015 and is one of only six jerseys the program has retired in its 112-year history.
