Hailey Diestelkamp put together a Drury basketball career unmatched in the program’s first quarter century of competition, as she finished her four collegiate career as the Panthers' all-time leading scorer and rebounder.

Diestelkamp closed her Drury career with 2,321 points, hauled in 1,101 rebounds and put an exclamation point on her remarkable effort as she poured in a single-game record 53 points against Rockhurst in her final home contest.

Her long string of records includes Drury career marks in field goals made with 902 and free throws made with 446, and she also holds the single-season marks for points with 758 and field goals with 300. Her game against Rockhurst in 2020 also included a record 21 field goals, and she shares the game mark in steals with 10. Diestelkamp is one of four Panthers with a triple-double in a game as she had 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 steals against Indianapolis in 2019.

A native of Owensville, Mo., Diestelkamp was a two-time selection as the NCAA Division II National Player of the Year from the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association and won a similar award as a senior from the Conference Commissioners Association. She was a three-time All-GLVC First-Team selection and won conference player of the year honors and conference tourney most valuable player recognition three years in a row.

Head coach Molly Miller’s Panthers compiled a remarkable 128-8 record in Diestelkamp’s four seasons with four league crowns and four conference tourney championships. She also earned CoSIDA Academic All-America recognition as a senior. Diestelkamp’s uniform number (34) was retired at the end of her career. She has continued her basketball career on the coaching staffs at Missouri State and Southern Indiana.
