One of Drury's best divers in program history, Lauren Bader was a part of three NCAA-II National Championships during her career with the Panthers. Twice she earned Drury's Most Valuable Diver award as she was named to the honor in 2010, and she shared the award with Shealyn Hollard in 2009.

Bader qualified for the national championship meet every year of her career and was sixth in the nation in the 3-meter event at the 2010 NCAA-II national championships. She finished eighth in the 3-meter competition at nationals in her junior year and was 13th overall in both of her seasons as an underclassman.

Bader received a degree from Drury in Biology, then earned a Master's in Bio-Psychology and a Doctorate in Philosophy and Child & Family Studies from Tennessee. She currently resides in France, where she works at the Institute for Advanced Study in Toulouse.Â
