Drury University Athletics

This year's Lifetime Achievement Award winner, was a student-athlete at Drury for the Bill Harding-coached basketball teams of the late 1960s. He graduated in June, 1969 with a double major in business administration and economics, and since that time has remained involved with his alma mater by serving in a variety of ways, including his tenure as a member of the Drury Board of Trustees and the Board Athletic Committee. His support and interest took hold soon after his graduation from DU when he served as president of the men's basketball booster club, helping support the Panthers as they became a power in what was then the Missouri Collegiate Athletic Union (MCAU). From that point to the present, O'Reilly's input, counsel and leadership has been instrumental in moving DU athletics to a higher level.
